ATRES aims to promote excellence in RME and we hope that this facility for sharing resources will support that aim. All resources are submitted by ATRES members and are available to other ATRES members. If you would like to join ATRES, you can find more information here.
Organisation
The are three main categories for resources:
- Resources - this includes PowerPoints, lesson plans, worksheets, etc.
- Images - this is for photos or graphics
- Links - recommended links to other resources on-line
Tips for submitting resources:
- When submitting new resources you will be asked to place them in a category. You can select multiple categories by holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard as you click on the categories.
- You can also upload several files together, e.g. if you have a lesson plan as a Word doc and a PowerPoint presentation for the same lesson, they can be uploaded together and will appear in the same entry.
- You will need to give your resource a title. Please try to make the title as informative as possible.
- You are required to write something in the "Presentation Overview" field. The more you write here the more helpful it will be for others. As well as describing the resource you could explain how you have used it, and give any tips or pitfalls to avoid.
- There is the option to add tags to your resources.
- The sections for images and links have deliberately been left without categories.
User Guidelines
- You may only submit work that is your own, or where it is not your own, if you have the creator's permission. By submitting a resource you are declaring that you have the right to make it available to others for their use. By submitting a resource you accept that other ATRES members may download and use the resource as described in (2).
- When you download a resource you may use it in your own establishment, you may alter it and use the altered version, but you may not pass it on to others or claim it as your own, even in an altered state.
